SafeRoad acquires Outimex
SafeRoad acquires the German traffic safety group Outimex. SafeRoad is a leading European supplier of traffic safety systems. Outimex is positioned as a full-service partner for stationary and mobile road restraint systems.
The acquisition broadens SafeRoad’s presence in Germany, following the acquisition of Bongard & Lind last year.
